DESCRIPTION:The library 10 year millage is on the August 4th ballot.  Vote
 rs in Carlton & Irving Townships\, including the Village of Freeport will 
 have the opportunity to vote on a renewal of .4604 mill and an additional 
 .0396 mill to restore the original .5 mill approved in 2016.  The millage 
 has reduced over the last 10 years due to the Headlee Amendment millage re
 duction.
